I’m not sure what the point was in telling her to stay out of the puddle. Isn’t it so much more attractive once they hear you don’t want them in it? So I went with it and told her to “have at it.” After all the evening berry picking and swatting at dozens of...
Well she does look cute in the puddle. HA HA
I am in love with your photography. For a while now, I have been at a place in my life where I have just put my camera down and set my passionate love for photography aside. But I am proud to say that I have picked up my camera again and my passion for photography is still burning as strong as ever. Do you have any tips for a young aspiring photographer?
Hi Tay! Thank you so much for the kind words! And I have been in that same place. It took me a long time to get out of the funk that kept me from taking pictures. I will give you the same advice another photographer gave me when I first started getting serious. You need to eat, breathe and sleep photography. All the manuals and instructions won’t mean a thing until you continually put it into practice. I learn something every day and each day the photographic industry changes and I still know very llittle, so I’m always learning. Take pictures of everything and set up situations. When you don’t feel like it, force yourself. You can always find beauty even in the most mundane and seemingly boring things 🙂
Have a great day, Tay!
Hi Hallie! I have another photography question for you, if you don’t mind. Do you keep a photographer’s notebook? And if you do, what do you write in it?
